Toray Membrane USA Inc., a global leader in water treatment technology, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair Automated Spiral Element Production Equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is not a facilities maintenance role —applicants with only HVAC, plumbing, or building maintenance experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on automated spiral element production equipment and related machinery. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems . Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams . Document all maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.
Qualifications:
3+ years hands-on experience with industrial machinery maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills; PLC familiarity preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude including gear systems, bearings, actuators, precision alignment techniques, and pneumatic systems. Ability to work night shift and maintain safety standards.
