Job Description Join a team at the forefront of satellite communications technology, where precision, quality, and innovation are central to everything we do. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring high-performance radio frequency (RF) systems meet strict customer and industry standards. You'll collaborate with skilled technicians and engineers, contributing directly to the reliability of advanced communication systems used worldwide. What you'll do Align, test, troubleshoot, and repair high-power solid-state microwave amplifiers Work with block upconverters and digital control interfaces to ensure system performance Perform RF testing using equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers Tune RF amplifiers across multiple frequency bands including S-Band, C-Band, X-Band, and Ku-Band Verify performance against key parameters such as gain, power, VSWR, harmonics, and compression Interpret test data and diagnose performance issues Apply soldering techniques during tuning and repair processes Follow safety procedures and technical documentation accurately Prepare basic reports and communicate findings with internal teams What you need Hands-on experience with RF or microwave electronics and test equipment

- required 2-5 years of directly related technical experience
