Shift:

2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:30 PM)

Pay Range:

$28.00/hour We are seeking a GMP Manufacturing Technician to support day-to-day production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will work directly with the manufacturing team to support production lines, equipment setup and operation, cleaning, routine maintenance, material handling, and production documentation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a GMP/cGMP manufacturing or cleanroom environment, understands batch records and SOPs, and is comfortable working with production equipment and wearing required PPE. This is a manufacturing/production floor role and is not intended for wet-lab or Quality Control (QC) candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Support manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets. Set up, operate, clean, and take down manufacturing equipment as instructed. Assist with routine maintenance and preventative maintenance of small production equipment. Operate equipment according to established settings, parameters, SOPs, and production schedules. Support equipment such as heat sealers, mixers, conductivity meters, and other manufacturing equipment. Perform routine equipment checks and assist with troubleshooting when issues arise. Handle raw materials and products in accordance with established specifications and procedures. Complete and maintain accurate batch records and other manufacturing documentation. Follow GMP/cGMP, GDP, SOPs, safety requirements, and site procedures. Work safely while wearing task-specific PPE, including a PAPR headpiece with filter when required. Maintain a clean and compliant manufacturing/cleanroom environment. Support production lines and other aligned support functions to maintain operational performance. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing projects. Complete required training and maintain compliance with applicable procedures and regulations. Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or potential compliance concerns to management. Perform other manufacturing-related duties as assigned by the Lead or Manager.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in a GMP/cGMP manufacturing or production environment. Experience working with batch records and GDP documentation. Working knowledge of SOPs and regulated manufacturing procedures. Experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment. Cleanroom experience preferred. Experience setting up, operating, cleaning, or maintaining production equipment. Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and apply problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable wearing required PPE, including PAPR equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures. Ability to work the 1:30 PM-10:00 PM shift.

Preferred Experience:

Pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing experience. Equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Manufacturing equipment operation. Material handling within a GMP environment. Experience supporting production schedules and manufacturing targets. Experience with SAP and electronic/controlled manufacturing documentation.
