This is not just a machine operator position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of production, work independently, solve problems, and help us build better manufacturing processes as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate has strong experience with CNC tube bending and tube fabrication and is comfortable working with multiple pieces of CNC manufacturing equipment. Experience with automotive, motorsports, exhaust, roll cages, or tubular fabrication is a major plus. You will play a key role in helping us take our manufacturing operation to the next level by improving processes, developing standards, reducing setup and production time, and helping create a more organized and repeatable production environment. Equipment & Processes Our shop utilizes: CNC mandrel tube bending CNC tube laser cutting CNC fiber laser cutting CNC press brake forming Tube fabrication and welding CAD/CAM-based manufacturing Production fixtures and jigs Automotive and motorsports fabrication Experience with all of these machines is not required , but strong CNC tube bending experience is highly preferred. We are looking for someone mechanically capable who can learn, troubleshoot, and become proficient across our equipment. Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC tube bending equipment Produce repeatable, accurate bent tube components Operate CNC tube laser, flat laser, and press brake equipment Read drawings, CAD files, prints, and manufacturing specifications Measure and inspect finished components Troubleshoot dimensional and production issues Develop efficient machine setups and production procedures Create and improve shop standards and work instructions Develop repeatable processes for production parts Help reduce setup time, scrap, and unnecessary handling Identify opportunities to improve workflow and throughput Maintain tooling, machines, and organized work areas Help train and lead other production employees Take ownership of jobs from setup through completed production Work with management to improve the overall manufacturing operation What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Experienced with CNC tube bending Mechanically strong and comfortable around manufacturing equipment Able to work independently without constant supervision A problem solver who looks for better ways to manufacture parts Organized and process-driven Quality-focused and detail-oriented Comfortable taking responsibility for production Able to lead and help develop other employees Forward-thinking rather than someone who simply waits for instructions Strongly Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a major plus: CNC mandrel tube bending Exhaust fabrication Roll cage fabrication Automotive or motorsports fabrication Tube chassis fabrication Tube laser operation/programming Fiber laser operation CNC press brake operation CAD/CAM software SolidWorks or similar CAD software Production fixture/jig development Lean manufacturing or production process improvement The Person We're Looking For We want someone who sees a production problem and thinks: "How can we make this faster, easier, more accurate, and repeatable?"
