This is a temp-to-hire position paying $18/hr. In this role, you will rack, secure, and remove parts before and after processing, and visually inspect them for defects.

Monday - Friday 6AM- 230 PM. Must be flexible for OT and available to work Saturdays.

Manufacturing Plant / Factory Responsibilities Select and use the appropriate racks, clips, wires, or fixtures based on the size and shape of each part. Carefully place and secure parts onto racks prior to processing. Remove finished parts from racks and prepare them for the next operation. Visually inspect parts for defects, damage, or discrepancies. Handle parts carefully at all stages to prevent damage. Keep work area clean and organized and follow all required safety and PPE procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience racking, fixturing, or staging parts for finishing processes such as powder coating, plating, or anodizing. Familiarity with selecting and applying clips, wires, or fixtures to different part geometries. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise part placement. Ability to follow visual work instructions and quality inspection checklists. Experience working in a production line or assembly environment with repetitive physical tasks. Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, machine shop, or parts-handling environment.
