We are looking for a hands-on, technically minded individual to join our growing team and assist with manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and technical operations of our AV-over-IP products. Position Summary The Electronics Manufacturing Technician will work closely with production and engineering teams to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and support a wide range of AV-over-IP hardware products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with electronics, computers, networking equipment, and hands-on technical problem solving. Responsibilities Perform electro-mechanical assembly of electronic products and systems Conduct final functional testing of finished products Troubleshoot failed units at the software and configuration level Load firmware, software, and test various hardware/network setups Perform RMA failure analysis and technical troubleshooting Work closely with engineering teams to communicate issues and assist in resolving technical challenges Document testing results, failures, and troubleshooting findings Assist with inventory and cycle counts Maintain organized work areas and uphold strong housekeeping practices Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines Qualifications Understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols Strong technical background with electronics, computers, and networking equipment Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with firmware updates, software tools, and hardware configurations Ability to read and follow technical documentation and procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering and operations teams Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies Prior manufacturing or repair experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate Location Santa Barbara, California On-site full-time position, 8:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri.
