Job Description

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for the following: Perform hands-on operation of optical dicing and filter robot testing processes Complete all optical sizing, robot filter testing, and shipping steps in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a 0% reject standard Ensure product quality and throughput consistently meet or exceed departmental goals Verify products meet internal and external customer quality specifications Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production and delivery goals Support continuous process improvements under the guidance of supervision Perform all tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures This is a full-time opportunity.
Shifts Available below:
Mon-Fri Day shift (6am
  • 2:30pm) Mon-Fri Swing shift (2pm
  • 10:30pm) Mon-Fri Mid-shift (10pm
  • 6:30am) Fri-Sun Day shift (6am
  • 6:30pm) Sat-Mon Day shift (6am
  • 6:30pm) The ideal candidate will have the following: Capable of applying basic math to product activities Ability to understand and interpret product drawings (blueprints) Ability to meet tight time schedules Familiarity with precision optics manufacturing and metrology Work in environment with open communication Perform tasks independently with minimal guidance from supervisor Ability to follow work priorities and multi-task when needed Good interpersonal and communication skills Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competency Demonstrates and promotes the Coherent Worldwide values: Customer First; Honesty and Integrity, Open Communications, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement and Learning; Manage by the "Facts"; A Safe, Clean and Orderly Workplace Must have a high school
Diploma Pay Rate:
$21.00
  • 25.00/hour depending on experience
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
