Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience operating and setting up Nut Forming machines in an aerospace fastener manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of hot forming, heading, and fastener manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T. Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and documentation requirements. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience manufacturing aerospace nuts, bolts, screws, rivets, or specialty fasteners. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
