We are committed to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, and we're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in producing exceptional work. We are currently seeking a Via-Fill Operator to join our Production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring via-fill equipment to ensure printed circuit boards meet customer specifications and Westak quality standards.

Production Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Via fill and planarization equipment to written procedures. Prepare materials and equipment for production runs. Inspect panels before, during, and after processing to verify quality requirements are met. Complete required documentation. Observe and follow safety procedures and protocol. Work collaboratively with team members and support other production areas as needed. Other duties as required
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Basic English language skills are required. Ability to read and follow written work instructions and process documentation. Experience operating production equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or PCB experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds. Use hands for repetitive tasks and operate production equipment safely. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures.

Salary is dependent on experience. Ability to work overtime as needed Anyone applying for this position must have a good attitude and be motivated.
