A Manufacturing or Production Technician works with manufacturing equipment and machinery. Performs set up and tests, monitors, adjusts and repairs machines used to produce products or other machines. Inspects equipment, troubleshoots problems with machines or designs.

POSITION SUMMARY
To deposit dough into feed hoppers where product is made.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: Set-up appropriate die in the depositor & operate in safe and efficient manner. Makes adjustments to depositor machine. Cuts sections from mother dough and deposits into feed hopper. Rolls empty dough table to mixer to receive new batch of dough. Reads shop report , follows procedures, and documents information for production records. Tends depositor machine at all times . Report any food safety or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Follows J&J Snack Food's Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs ) and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). Follows all OSHA safety rules and all food safety laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned.

Education and training:
Prefer High School diploma or GED. 2 .
Job -related experience:
Prefer minimum 6 month's experience working in food processing or manufacturing environment. 3. Technical knowledge and skills : Must be able to speak, read & write basic English. Must be able to do basic arithmetic. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs US Hourly Pay Range $18.66 - $18.66
