Candidates must have experience operating a CNC nested panel processor, edgebander, and beam saw , but we are willing to train the right candidate with woodworking or cabinet shop experience. This position primarily involves assisting in the processing of sheet goods for high-end European-style cabinetry . Responsibilities include handling and processing veneer, melamine, and raw sheet materials using both automated machinery and manual woodworking tools. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and eager to learn while contributing to a team-oriented shop environment. Applicants should be comfortable working with standard hand tools, have basic cabinetry knowledge, and be physically capable of moving and organizing raw materials, cabinet parts, and other shop items. The ability to read and understand shop drawings and cut lists, as well as contribute to quality control, is essential. Professional appearance, good personal presentation, and the ability to work well with others in a shop environment are required. Roles and Responsibilities Process components for Euro-style cabinetry Organize and complete tasks according to production directives Assist in other areas of the shop as needed Support quality control efforts to ensure product accuracy and craftsmanship Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications and Requirements Experience running a CNC in a cabinet shop Experience running a Beam Saw in a cabinet shop Experience running an Edge Bander in a cabinet shop Familiarity with woodworking tools, including hand tools and floor equipment Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists Safe operation of panel processing equipment Understanding of machining and manufacturing processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, dependable, and focused Ability to lift and move materials as needed Familiarity with WoodWOP preferred Compensation Based On Previous woodworking and/or machining experience Cabinet industry experience Flexibility, attitude, and willingness to learn CNC routers Edgebanders Beam saws, sliding saws, and table saws General cabinetry, machining, and/or assembly work

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
