Job Overview Eldon James is seeking a highly motivated Assembly Technician to work in a fast-paced environment that fosters teamwork, change, risk-based decision-making, and flexibility. The Assembly Technician role will support manufacturing operations assembling and testing quick connect devices. The Assembly Technician will be able to communicate effectively and possess the ability to read, understand, and implement associated manufacturing plans.

Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring all dimensions meet required tolerances. Utilize hands, tools, and equipment to complete assembly tasks. Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly techniques and processes. Continuous standing, walking, and lifting to 30 lbs. throughout the shift will be required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy. Close and color vision required. Ability to work effectively with hands and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role is preferred but not required.
