Job Description
Denver, CO | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) $28-$34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Drive Innovation. Build the Future. Additive Drives is a fast-growing technology company developing high-performance electric motors through innovative manufacturing processes. For our new U.S. location in Denver, we are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to help build and scale our production operations. Your Responsibilities Assemble and manufacture mechanical and electromechanical components according to work instructions and technical drawings Set up and operate production equipment and tools Perform inspections, measurements, and quality checks Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, process optimization) Assist with material handling, inventory, packaging, and shipping Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Follow all quality, safety, and environmental requirements What You'll Bring Technical vocational training or at least 3 years of manufacturing experience Ability to read technical drawings, assembly instructions, and work instructions in English Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Reliable, quality-focused, and team-oriented working style Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Additional Experience We Value Experience with mechanical or electromechanical assembly Background in industrial manufacturing, automation, aerospace, or medical devices Experience with quality inspections, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing Startup experience or helping build new production operations Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay in the range of $28-$34 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications $300/month health stipend 15 days PTO Paid Sick Leave in accordance with Colorado law 10 company holidays Schedule Regular weekday schedule with occasional overtime during production ramp-ups.
