We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Morning Opener to set the stage for our daily success. This isn't just a prep job; we need someone who takes pride in the "craft" of pizza, from the first batch of dough to a perfectly organized walk-in.

The Goods:

Starting Pay:

$21 - $26/hr including tips

The Hours:

Morning to late afternoon (approx. 8:00 AM start to 4:30 PM end).

The Schedule:

Consistent 36+ hours per week. Must have weekend availability.

What You'll Be Doing:

Dough Master:

Taking ownership of the dough mixing process, including scaling ingredients, mixing, and managing proofing cycles to ensure adequacy and the perfect bake.

Kitchen Prep:

Fresh vegetable preparation and sauce making according to our exact recipes.

Inventory & Stocking:

Taking inventory counts, receiving morning deliveries, verifying vendor orders, and organizing stock using just-in-time FIFO (First In, First Out) methods.

Safety Leadership:

Maintaining spotless stations and ensuring all Food Safety Management protocols are followed.

Opening Lead:

Powering up equipment, setting up the line, and ensuring the restaurant is 100% guest-ready by the time the doors open for business.

Line Operator:

preparing, assembling, and baking pizzas in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Proven background in dough mixing, prep work, and kitchen management.

Detail Obsessed:

You notice if the peppers aren't cut right or if the walk-in is two degrees too warm.

Organizational Pro:

You can juggle a prep list, a delivery driver, and a dough timer without breaking a sweat.

Reliability:
