Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Assembly Technician, where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will drive the production of high-quality components. In this energetic role, you will be instrumental in assembling complex parts, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precision throughout the manufacturing process. Yo Responsibilities Assemble polymer and circuit board components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools to meet precise specifications. Interpret technical drawings, and production documents to guide assembly processes accurately including cad, MS Word and Excel spreadsheets. Use measuring instruments such as calipers, shop math, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met. Conduct mechanical assembly tasks including plastic molded parts, Operations of punch press, sonic welder, laser cnc engraver Follow safety protocols by properly utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to manual handling procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly roles with a strong work ethic in a fast paced environment Familiarity with using measuring instruments such as calipers, and tape measures. Knowledge of mechanical blueprint reading and interpreting schematics is beneficial. Hands-on experience building models and Legos is highly desirable. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while working with small parts or heavy components. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes including assembly line operations and quality assurance procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent attention to detail ensures consistent product excellence.
