SMT Machine Group Leader Milford, CT Are you ready to take your skills in SMT manufacturing to the next level? Our client in Milford is seeking a dedicated SMT Machine Group Leader to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the precise placement and soldering of surface mount parts on circuit boards and oversees the daily operation of automated printed circuit board assembly lines. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities of the SMT Machine Group Leader Oversee the daily operation of automated printed circuit board assembly lines Fix complex circuit board defects,, using soldering equipment to repair defects. Perform quality control procedures on circuit boards and other SMT parts. and technology. Perform troubleshooting of SMT machinery Provide manufacturing technical support Assist the machine operators when problems arise Perform the work necessary to maintain the equipment Requirements of the SMT Machine Group Leader/Rework Manufacturing experience is required. Soldering experience is required for rework. Quality Control experience is required.
