Hours:

Your impact Run and adjust bakery production equipment to keep product moving efficiently. Execute formulas and production schedules precisely. Perform in-process quality checks to ensure consistency and standards. Package, label, and stage finished goods for shipment. Keep the floor spotless and safe; follow all food safety and GMP practices. Pitch in on cycle counts and equipment cleaning as needed. What you bring Stamina to stand for long periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable attendance—your team counts on you. Bonus points Prior bakery or food manufacturing experience (preferred, not required). Sharp attention to detail. Bilingual (English/Spanish). High school diploma or GED. Core skills Quality inspection Packaging operations Bakery production processes Food manufacturing Food safety and GMP compliance Equipment you'll operate Commercial mixers Dough dividers and rounders Proofers and commercial ovens Packaging and bagging equipment
