Ridgefield, Connecticut job type: Contract salary: $22.00 - 23.24 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: High School responsibilities: Assist the Lead Technician in executing pilot plant campaigns and operating specialized manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers to troubleshoot equipment and process challenges. Communicate batch status effectively with chemists, analytical teams, and MAS stakeholders. Complete all batch record entries, technical calculations, and required training promptly. Active involvement in group meetings, including daily standups and PSOR meetings. Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols, GMP procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.

qualifications:

High School Diploma or Associate Degree. Proven experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing. Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures. Demonstrated equipment and process troubleshooting skills.
