Onsite Position Summary:
Test, calibrates and repairs production machines and related subassemblies to written and or oral specifications in a timely fashion. Responsible for meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Test, calibrates and repairs production machines and related subassemblies to written and or oral specifications in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standards.
  • Ensures quality and operation of work.
  • Reads and interprets schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration of machines.
  • Timely and accurate testing and calibration of all electronic subassemblies and must clearly document results.
  • Ensure that design, implementation, test and maintenance methods and or processes are developed as well as executed in a manner, which supports all our organization's Quality Standards.
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualification & Experience:
  • Strong practical interest and hands-on experience with computers
  • Interest in computers as a hobby (e.g., building PCs, upgrading components)
  • Experience installing software, updates, and drivers
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
  • General technical literacy and comfort working with computer systems
  • Ability to perform light physical work (lifting 25+ lbs) for assembly tasks
  • Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for working with hardware and technology Working Conditions & Physical Demands (If Applicable): Ability to perform light physical work (lifting 25+ lbs) for assembly tasks.
