Your impact Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and working on-site in DeLand, FL, you will be the reliability champion for electrical systems across PLC- and CNC-based equipment. You will partner with operators, execute proactive maintenance, and perform safe repairs and installations that follow OEM and engineering specifications. What success looks like Uptime gains through disciplined preventative and predictive maintenance. Swift troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical faults. Strong operator relationships that translate into equipment readiness and performance. Role details
Hours:
Sunday night to Friday morning, 11 PM-7 AM.
Overtime:
As needed.
Pay:
$28-$35 per hour plus $1.50/hour shift differential. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; familiarity with preventative and predictive maintenance. Minimum 1 year of journeyman-level experience repairing electrical systems in manufacturing. Expertise in single- and three (3)-phase industrial electricity and power distribution. Physical requirements Climb, stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for up to 8 hours per day. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Preferred experience Working with steel microfibers. Hands-on with CNC, PLC, and low-voltage controls. Technical certificate, apprenticeship, or military equivalent.
