1st Shift Alliance Workforce is hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Technician for a first-shift manufacturing opportunity. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, and able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities Build, install, calibrate, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot equipment and production process issues Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify problems Modify equipment, parts, and assemblies as needed Use hand tools, power tools, and bench tools safely Perform equipment repairs and assist with equipment improvements Follow written instructions, safety procedures, and work orders Complete additional manufacturing and technical projects as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of technical, mechanical, maintenance, or similar hands-on experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience using hand and power tools Ability to repair and assemble equipment High school diploma or equivalent required Technical certificate or associate degree is a plus Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
