Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Technicians to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations within a GMP-regulated environment. This role is responsible for assembling products, completing production documentation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all products meet established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

Assemble components and products according to written and verbal instructions. Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Maintain accurate production documentation and records. Support packaging, labeling, inspection, and assembly operations.

Quality and Compliance:

Adhere to all cGMP, SOP, safety, and company procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area. Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications. Participate in required training and on-the-job learning activities.

Team Support:

Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors. Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training. Ability to safely operate basic production equipment.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing and production environment. Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion. Exposure to moderate production noise. PPE required while working on the production floor.
