Duties Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and forklifts, ensuring efficient production flow. Assist in assembly line processes by assembling components accurately and swiftly according to specifications. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Handle warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and organizing materials within the manufacturing facility. Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of tools. Support quality control checks by inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Skills Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility with familiarity in assembly line operations. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and effectively. Warehouse experience is preferred, including handling materials and using warehouse equipment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures within a production environment. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently under supervision. Good communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues promptly.
