Full-Time Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Technicians to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for the mass production of various models of oil-free compressors. This includes component preparation, assembly operations, and quality assurance to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Assemble parts using bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other fastening methods Operate hydraulic or pneumatic presses, air wrenches, and other tools for force fitting and bonding Perform a variety of tasks including mechanical assembly, pressure testing, functional testing, and material handling Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow company quality policies, procedures, and instructions to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction Perform wire harness tasks such as crimping, soldering, pinning/de-pinning, sleeving, wire marking, and labeling Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 1-3 years experience in production assembly, auto mechanics, auto technician, machine maintenance, or HVAC. #remedyjobs
