Ability to navigate computer systems and enter production data.
English proficiency; Spanish language a plus.
Work Conditions This position requires standing approximately 90% of the time and moving distances of around 35 meters daily. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who can operate SMT and back-end assembly equipment, ensuring proper component placement and product quality across the production line. Responsibilities Operate and support SMT equipment, including screen printers, Pick & Place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI systems; load and verify feeders, components, and consumables.Monitor SMT process flow, identify abnormalities or defects, and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
