We are seeking a Molding Engineer Technician for our company. Under the direction of the maintenance and engineering departments, the Molding Engineer Technician is responsible for leading and implementing various production/engineering projects, creating procedures and one-point manuals, and troubleshooting existing systems, improving current process, providing technical support, and maintaining the manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair molding manufacturing equipment. Analyze manufacturing equipment (OEE, FPE calculations) and operations, write summaries to show deviations from standards or to show possible improvement , and capable of recommending and implementing modifications. Investigate quality issues and prepare technical reports as required. Lead various engine Lead improvement projects Create procedures and one-point manuals Maintain logs and records of equipment malfunctions and corrective actions. Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, rebuild, and maintain equipment, circuitry, and computerized systems. Read and understand schematics, blueprints, manuals, manufacturers' specifications, and diagrams. Train and assist production and maintenance employees regarding work standards and procedures. Document repairs and modifications to manufacturing equipment Assist in the deployment of new products or processes Perform other duties as requested by management Ensure that all safety procedures are followed in the work area Technical/other training or better.
