TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Multicraft Mechanic to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, support changeovers, and help drive reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. Working in a safety focused, collaborative environment, you'll partner with operators and engineers to minimize downtime, ensure product quality, and keep our high volume food production lines running efficiently. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Install, align, and calibrate machinery and related components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Document maintenance activities in CMMS and follow safety procedures Collaborate with operators and engineers to minimize downtime Participate in reliability, 5 S, and safety programs Required Skills Mechanical maintenance Industrial electrical systems Pneumatics Hydraulics PLC troubleshooting (basic) Welding and fabrication Blueprint and schematic reading Preventive maintenance (PM) Root cause analysis CMMS usage
