Job Description

What You'll Do We're hiring a Production Technician
  • Calibre Manufacturing for our onsite team in Marietta, GA (1199 Atlanta Industrial Drive).
This full-time, day-shift role supports consistent, compliant output by running encapsulation equipment the right way—every time.
Key responsibilities:
  • Set up, run, and monitor encapsulation machines per SOPs and cGMP procedures
  • Weigh materials using hand scales; package and label finished product accurately
  • Complete production records and batch documentation clearly and on time
  • Perform in-process quality checks and basic inspections
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after runs
  • Handle minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting
  • Communicate issues and handoffs with leads and teammates Required skills/qualifications:
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around production machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation habits
  • Clear verbal and written communication (English/Spanish is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and keep pace in a fast-moving environment Pay is $18.00

00 per hour. if you can follow procedures, stay safe, and deliver quality. Your Typical Shift You'll arrive for a Monday-Friday day shift, review the day's schedule, and get your line ready before production starts. Most of your time is spent at the encapsulation area watching the process, confirming counts and weights, and keeping paperwork current as product moves through. You'll pause when something looks off, get quick input from a lead if needed, and then get the run back on track. Between batches, you reset the workspace, keep tools organized, and make sure the area is clean for the next start-up. You'll finish the shift by closing out records, communicating status to the next point of contact, and leaving the station ready for tomorrow.
