Syngenta Seeds is headquartered in the United States Job Description Responsible for general site upkeep, such as, general maintenance, housekeeping, stocking, etc. Operate forklifts to support plant operations. Assisting with operating equipment and systems in accordance with site specific activities. Support quality control and adherence. Basic understanding of standard procedures and safety programs. Alert senior technicians and leadership as needed when non-conformities in product or process variance occur. Maintain compliance with site HSE protocols and Syngenta HSE policies and employee code of conduct. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of relevant experience. Ability to work multiple shifts. Forklift certification (within 90 days). Able to perform manual labor tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds.
