Fri/Sat/Sun 6a-6p Responsibilities Contribute to modular construction in a factory setting in a controlled, indoor enviroenment. Cut and measure wood to create kits for walls and floors/ceilings Perform tasks such as laying insulation, cleaning windows, painting Maintain a positive attitude and team-focused mindset Perform tasks as assigned by leadership Qualifications Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math Strong problem-solving and self-starting abilities Passion for innovation and process improvement Construction/Carpentry experience preferred but not required What's In It For You? 3 or 4-day workweeks Paid time off + 7 holidays Indoor, climate-controlled permanent work location Positive, family-like culture Physical Requirements Active role requiring regular standing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs. Pay Details:
