Job Description

SMT Operator Looking for experienced SMT Operators! The SMT is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to ensure high-quality PCB assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. SMT Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $21.00 to $30.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Operate SMT production equipment including pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting Load feeders and components according to work orders and production schedules Monitor production runs to ensure quality standards are met Inspect boards for defects and ensure compliance with IPC standards Complete accurate production documentation and reports Follow all safety procedures and company policies
SMT Operator Qualifications:
Previous SMT or electronics manufacturing experience required Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings Familiarity with IPC standards is a plus Basic computer skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
