Job Description R.F. Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an entry level Production Technician I, to join our team in Bethalto, IL.
Who we are:
For over 37 years, R.F. Technologies, Inc. has been one of the largest independent retailers of wireless drive-thru, surveillance, and audio equipment within the United States. With multiple strategically located service centers, RFT supports the QSR Industry (Quick Service Restaurants, i.e. McDonald's, Burger King, etc.) with installation, break-fix, and other field related services. We are experiencing massive growth within our business and are in need of a Production Technician I to join our team.
About the role:
Production Technician I will be responsible for completing repairs according to procedures and diagrams of wireless headsets and other equipment used in the QSR industry. What you'll do: Complete repairs of wireless radios, belt packs, and other equipment Component level repair of assemblies using both SMT (surface mount technology) and through hole rework techniques. Work as a team to solve issues and complete daily tasks General inventory control Our ideal candidate: 2+ years experience in electronics troubleshooting down to component level preferred (not required) Associates degree in Electronics preferred (not required) Excellent soldering skills (not required) Skills and abilities: Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask while maintaining quality in all work performed Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required Must be high energy, positive, and motivated individual Ability to work independently What we offer: $18.00
  • $20.00 per hour (depending on experience) 6 paid holidays Normal working hours
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 AM
