You will be responsible for maintaining production efficiency and upholding rigorous quality standards to meet our customer's exact specifications. Responsibilities Configure and calibrate threading machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Execute production runs by operating specialized equipment to manufacture parts according to industry standards. Conduct thorough quality inspections on raw materials and finished components to guarantee compliance. Utilize overhead cranes and forklifts to safely transport heavy raw materials throughout the facility. Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and ensure project deadlines are consistently met. Perform manual material handling, including lifting and moving heavy loads, to support line operations. Maintain a safe and organized workspace by strictly adhering to all established safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to operate industrial machinery and perform equipment setups. Proficiency in operating a forklift and utilizing overhead crane systems. Strong grasp of basic mathematics and computer literacy for production tracking. Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and safety. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment. High school diploma or equivalent certification. Familiarity with precision measurement tools and quality control procedures.
