$20 - $24 per hour depending on experience Build What Matters Picture yourself joining a team where quality parts, steady production, and craftsmanship come together. As our Precision CNC Lathe Technician, you'll turn raw stock into accurate components that our customers count on—every shift, every part. Your Impact Set up runs for success by reviewing prints and work instructions; understand GD&T so features land exactly where they should. Operate CNC lathes/turning centers to manufacture parts to spec. Load raw materials, unload finished pieces, and keep workflow smooth. Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions and finish. Apply basic wear offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances. Track tool condition; change out worn or damaged tooling proactively. Keep the cell tidy, safe, and audit-ready. Follow safety and quality systems without compromise. Document production and inspection results accurately. What You Bring Hands-on experience with CNC lathes preferred. Comfort with Mazak equipment/Mazatrol controls is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T fundamentals. Competence with precision measurement tools. Working knowledge of CNC operation and tooling. High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset. Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
