Job Description

Line Inspector/Production Technician on the 2nd shift works 2:50 PM-11:00 PM, inspecting products for defects, monitoring quality and fill levels, and supporting machine setup, cleanup, and packaging in a fast-paced production environment. The role ensures compliance with SOPs, GMPs, OSHA regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Monitor product flow and packaging quality during production Complete production and batch documentation accurately Perform ERP transactions using RF scanners or computers Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleanup Follow all SOPs, GMPs, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support continuous improvement and team initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment Reliable attendance and ability to multitask in a production setting Basic report writing and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
