Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures all duties are safely conducted in full compliance with all state regulations.
- Executes biomass processing, ethanol extraction, decarboxylation, distillation, product formulation, and manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner that complies with GMP standards, safety measures, CoPack SOP's and all applicable laboratory procedures.
- Ensures processing is executed in accordance with business plans to meet revenue and production commitments.
- Ensures compliance and accuracy in all product tracking, product security, and product movement.
- Performs in-process and post-process quality assurance testing to ensure products meet standards for consumption.
- Performs on-going equipment maintenance and cleaning in accordance with CoPack's manufacturing SOPs.
- Monitors and manages lab and processing equipment supplies and inventory.
- Accurately recording weights and tote counts of all materials being received or shipped out to other facilities.
- Ensures compliance and accuracy in all product tracking, product security, and product movement.
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cGMP environment, including the proper disposal of waste.
- Participate in cross training opportunities to minimally learn the least-skilled position in all areas of operations and substitute as business needs dictate in those positions.
Working Environment:
- Uneven surfaces, stand/sit for long periods of time, bending/stooping, or hard surfaces.
- Required to wear PPE.
- Operation of mobile elevated work platforms as well as forklifts.
- Lifting up to 50lbs.
- Working in an environment that can include no natural light, varying temperatures, and louder than normal ambient noise.
- Working in a manufacturing environment near machinery and processes, which require specific training and safety protocols.
- Occasional required overtime.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 21 years of age
- Associates / two year or equivalent, bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Mechanically inclined, problem solver, ability to work independently, self-starter
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to overall production optimization.
- Valid driver's license and transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay:
$20.00
