Plastipak Packaging, Inc. seeks a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable operation of high-speed manufacturing equipment in a rigid plastic packaging facility. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues; perform preventive and predictive maintenance; and support rapid line changeovers to meet production targets. Responsibilities include reading technical schematics, executing work orders, documenting repairs in a CMMS, and collaborating with production teams to improve equipment uptime. You'll help drive a culture of safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement in a global, technology-driven plant environment.
