What You'll Do:
As a Production Technician , you'll receive hands-on training to assemble lapidary machines using small power tools. You'll be an essential part of a supportive team focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements Assemble machine parts and components for various products while meeting quality and productivity standards Rotate between different tasks based on production needs Conduct quality checks on all assembled parts and products Prepare and paint seasonal commercial diamond abrasive discs while following established quality standards and production procedures. Additional duties will include set-up and breakdown of this painting process. (Will be exposed to painting fumes) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving production needs and organizational changes Support additional production tasks as needed Other duties as assigned by management

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred Comfortable working with hand and power tools Able to lift up to 75 lbs High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
