Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with familiarity in assembly line operations. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use various measuring tools. Skilled in operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred). Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for assembly and maintenance tasks. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and heavy lifting procedures. Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to implement process improvements through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
