Manufacturing Operations Technician Elkhart, IN Competitive Pay + Excellent Benefits 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM $18.50/hr while temporary $19.00/hr upon hire 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:30 PM
  • 10:00 PM $19.
50/hr while temporary $20.00/hr upon hire Immediate Openings We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Operations Technicians to join a growing production team in Elkhart. This is a hands-on manufacturing position working with production equipment and materials in a fast-paced environment.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is required Stable work history is required Must be comfortable working with fiberglass If you do not have prior manufacturing experience, this position will not be a fit. Responsibilities Operate production equipment including presses, ovens, lasers, molds, and sewing machines Measure, spread, and prepare materials for production Read and use measuring tools accurately Follow quality standards and production procedures Perform routine equipment inspections and safety checks Complete production paperwork and documentation Maintain a clean and safe work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Manufacturing, production, machine operator, assembly, or industrial experience required Good attendance and reliable transportation Stable employment history Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Ability to stand for an entire shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Benefits Upon Hire 3 Weeks PTO Company-paid steel toe boots annually Company-paid prescription safety glasses annually Long-term career opportunity Stable, year-round work If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
