AppleTree Staffing is hiring a Cleaning Line Operator to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating cleaning equipment, processing parts to customer specifications, and ensuring quality standards are met while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

Operate cleaning line equipment to clean parts and apply rust-resistant coatings Load and unload parts using wash baskets and hoisting equipment Follow cleaning specifications and production instructions to ensure quality standards are met Monitor and maintain cleaning solutions, including filtering tanks as needed Operate manual and automatic cleaning lines and spray equipment Complete production records accurately Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment Move completed parts to the next production area in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all OSHA, safety, and PPE requirements Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions to prevent defects Support additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to safely operate equipment and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift, move, and handle parts and fixtures as required Comfortable working around industrial equipment and cleaning solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and handling of materials Ability to lift production parts, dies, and fixtures as needed Must be able to follow all safety requirements, including use of PPE Apply today with AppleTree Staffing!
