Position Summary The Production Worker supports daily manufacturing, assembly, packaging, material handling, and quality activities while maintaining a safe, productive, and organized work environment. Essential Functions Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow all health and safety regulations and site policies
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly
- Maintain a tidy and hazard-free work environment
- Participate in safety briefings or training as required
- Report unsafe conditions immediately Quality Control
- Inspect parts or finished products for defects or deviations
- Perform basic measurements and visual checks
- Identify and report quality issues to supervisors
- Follow quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements Production & Assembly
- Operate basic machinery, tools, or equipment used in manufacturing
- Assemble components or products following work instructions
- Load and unload materials or finished goods
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality and consistency Material Handling
- Move raw materials and finished goods safely
- Package, label, band, or palletize products
- Maintain inventory organization and staging areas Equipment & Work Area Care
- Clean and maintain tools, machines, and workstations
- Perform basic equipment checks
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly Teamwork & Communication
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Communicate production issues and improvement ideas Physical & Work Requirements
- Stand or walk for extended periods
- Lift or move materials with or without assistance
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity
- Work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and reliability
