As a Conversion Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

12 Hour - Days, 7AM-7PM What's the Job? Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process. Set up machines according to specifications and production schedule. Record production data and complete required documentation. Follow all company policies and procedures. Understand and adhere to quality control standards. What's Needed? 1+ year of manufacuting expierence required. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
