PURPOSE :

To ensure tunnels, dryers and conveyors run at top efficiency.

JOB SUMMARY

: Ensures the tunnel is loaded correctly and efficiently running. Starts and stops the water pumps, tunnel washer, press, shuttle, dryers, and conveyors. Reports any deficiencies to maintenance. Keeps work area clean of linen and trash. Maintains lint traps and lint collectors. Resolves computer alarms. Maintains proper level on tanks.

: Be on time Have excellent attendance Have a good understanding of computers Be able to understand and reset equipment alarms Be able to identify linen types Meet established production standards Follow all company safety rules Be able to work well with a diverse workforce Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor Follow all company policies and procedures Possess and maintain a positive attitude Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area in line with company policies Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
