Load/unload egg shipments and supplies with power or pallet jacks

Operate egg-handling equipment such as the Automatic Rack Transfer machine

Clean and sanitize equipment and hatchery areas to meet quality standards

Grade chicks, operate basket stackers, and prepare them for delivery

Maintain accurate inventory and ensure eggs are rotated properly

Perform in-ovo injection transfers with care to minimize breakage

Use spray vaccination and cleaning systems to support hatchery health

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Comfortable operating machinery and material handling equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

Ability to follow sanitation and biosecurity procedures
