Back 3D Printing and Manufacturing Technician @ Louisiana Dental Implant Lab Job Description Responsible for operating 3D printers, manufacturing dental models, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role also involves learning and operating specialized software to assist in production processes. Key Responsiblities 3D Printing Operations Operate 3D printers to produce high-quality models, including soft tissue and teeth components. Monitor the printing process to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3D printing equipment. Cleaning and Organizing the 3D Printing Room Maintain a clean, organized, and safe 3D printing workspace. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of 3D printers and related equipment. Zimbis System Management Organize and manage inventory within the Zimbis system. Ensure accurate tracking of materials, parts, and tools used in the production process. Restock and maintain the cleanliness of Zimbis storage areas. Manufacturing Parts Assist in the manufacturing of parts, ensuring they meet quality and production standards. Collaborate with the team to optimize the manufacturing workflow. Learning and Operating Hyperdent Learn and operate Hyperdent software to support CAD/CAM production. Assist in optimizing digital workflows for production efficiency.
