Manufacturing Technician

We're looking for a Refining Technician to join our growing production team. This is a full-time, on-site position where craftsmanship meets cutting-edge technology. What You'll Do Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot refining equipment Inspect and measure finished products Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs Record production data and assist in process improvements Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance protocols Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals General cleaning and organization What We're Looking For Experience in machine operation, production work and/or manual labor Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to read and follow technical instructions Dependable team player with solid communication skills Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment Willingness to learn and develop specialized skills in precious metals production No physical restrictions, and the ability to lift 50# High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade training a plus Prior experience in metalworking, minting, or refining environments is an advantage but not necessary for the right candidate.
