Job Description
Production Technician - Bedford, MA 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM We are seeking a Production Technician to join a growing medical device manufacturing team in Bedford, MA. This position is responsible for assembling small mechanical components, performing quality inspections, and supporting production activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing, assembly, or production experience who is looking to build a career in medical device manufacturing. Responsibilities Follow detailed assembly instructions and manufacturing procedures Assemble small mechanical components and subassemblies Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Complete production documentation accurately Identify and report quality, material, or process issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company policies and quality standards Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or technician experience preferred Experience using small hand tools Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to follow written instructions and procedures Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to handle and assemble small components Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Strong close vision and ability to distinguish colors for inspection work U.S. Citizenship Required Job Disclaimer Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
