Job Description

Production Technician responsible for assembling precision mechanical components, performing in-process inspections, and maintaining documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Experience using small hand tools to assemble precision components. Basic computer skills for production documentation and tracking. Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and standardized manufacturing procedures. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks. Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift. Ability to perform detailed visual inspections, including color differentiation. Ability to meet applicable U.S. citizenship requirements. Preferred Skills Experience in medical device manufacturing. Experience working in FDA- or ISO-regulated manufacturing environments. Experience performing in-process quality inspections. Experience completing production or quality documentation. Experience assembling small mechanical or precision components. Job Responsibilities Assemble small mechanical and precision components according to documented work instructions. Use small hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly tasks. Perform in-process quality checks to verify product specifications. Follow applicable FDA, ISO, safety, and manufacturing requirements. Complete production documentation and tracking records. Identify and report quality, material, equipment, and process issues. Support training of personnel on documented production tasks. Maintain work areas and production equipment according to established manufacturing procedures. Follow standardized processes for handling, assembly, inspection, and documentation.
Pay:
