Our client in Fall River, Massachusetts is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Production Line Lead Worker to join a fast-paced seafood processing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with lead and heavy lifting experience who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities of a
Production Line Lead Worker:
- Lead and support production line employees to meet daily goals
- Coordinate workflow, assignments, and line coverage as needed
- Enforce safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP standards
- Communicate issues to supervisors (product flow, quality, concerns, equipment issues)
- Train and coach employees; lead by example on the production floor
- Perform hands-on production work and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications of a
Production Line Lead Worker:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to supervise, coach, and keep the line on task
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be bilingual (English required) Physical demands and work environment as

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and handling materials
- Exposure to loud machinery and cold/humid environments
