Production Line Lead Worker:

• Lead and support production line employees to meet daily goals
• Coordinate workflow, assignments, and line coverage as needed
• Enforce safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP standards
• Communicate issues to supervisors (product flow, quality, concerns, equipment issues)
• Train and coach employees; lead by example on the production floor
• Perform hands-on production work and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications of a

Production Line Lead Worker:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to supervise, coach, and keep the line on task
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
